Dust-free, prevents worker exposure
AEROCON Company has designed a unique bulk bag unloader and conveying system to handle and transport Calcium Stearate. The new system virtually eliminates the exposure of the product to the operator. System includes a bulk bag unloader with a glove box enclosure, so the operator is never directly exposed to the product, a two ton hoist for lifting 2,000-pound bags, a four foot long flexwall screw feeder that delivers product to the conveyor. A Model 450V aero-mechanical conveyor transfers 8,000 Lbs./hour of product under nitrogen blanket, 28 feet vertically, then turns 90 degrees and continues an additional 12' horizontally, discharging the product into a reactor vessel.
